‘Speaking’ isn’t quite the right word, because most of what I do is linked to showing images onscreen. Most of my talks, even on the subject of icons, are partly an entertainment.

My icons talks are based on my explorations into the life, images, prayer and theology of Eastern Orthodoxy. I really enjoy the fact that images are taken so seriously by this ancient branch of the church that they are called ‘theology in colour’.

Meanwhile, the Ship of Fools talks are all about what I’ve learned on the virtual voyage of the past 10-plus years.
